Dr Ken completed a PhD in Soap Bubbles before running away to join the circus! He combines theatre, science and maths producing entertaining, educational and engaging shows for all. His shows and workshops have toured many schools, museums, science and arts festivals for over 10 years and he is featured on Teachers TV’s ‘Inspirations - When The Circus Comes To School’.

Inspirational Science provides unique educational shows and workshops in schools to inspire pupils to look at science and maths more favourably. Shows and workshops have been developed for all key stages, special schools, PRUs and parent/ community audiences. Additional programmes have been designed for able and talented pupils and CPD for school Staff.
Entertaining Science Circus – Dr Ken explores the science behind the thrills and spills of the circus. Why do jugglers love gravity? How do stunt people avoid getting hurt and why unicyclists need to keep moving to stay balanced?
‘How To Save The Planet In 45 Minutes’ – Join Dr Ken on his one wheel energy saving vehicle in his bid to save money and mankind.
'It's All Done With Mirrors' – an amusing look at the science behind magician’s tricks, chemistry will never be the same.
‘It Doesn’t Add Up’ – Mathamagic show – just add maths and chaos.
'Juggling Numbers' – The mathematics of juggling, how to predict patterns, discover new ones and see impossible tricks using virtual reality. All shows have workshops associated with them that build on themes contained within the performance.
Additional Programmes 'Revision in a Suitcase' - a comical student guide to good study Pharaoh Nuff – the science and maths of the Egyptians, I love Genetics and F is for Food. Others topics include Forensic Science, Kitchen Chemistry, Bubble Magic, Science Drama, and Science Filming.
