Inspiring your school to get active! skip-hop offer a number of courses to UK schools which leave children, teachers and parents motivated, raving about the demonstration and amazed at just what can be achieved in one day! skip-hop's 'Every Child Skips' all day workshops are suitable for Reception to KS4 pupils and skiphop can also help with school events and festival days.

skip-hop workshops are full of useful tips and ideas to help build children's confidence, such as running into a turning rope for group games and developing a sense of rhythm, co-ordination and timing for individual skiphop tricks. Pupils have the chance to learn individual and partner skills, Double Dutch and traditional long rope games and as they increase in age, so the lessons become more complex and challenging. Teachers in attendance will be learning a range of skills and ideas they can employ in PE lessons, lunchtime activities or after school clubs.

For young adults the emphasis changes and through our unique inspirational workshops we help them embark on a journey into the fusion of sports skipping and street dance that is skip-hop!

Schools are left with resources to continue with skip-hop after the big day. These include lesson plans, access to the skip-hop Skipping Award Scheme, and access to the Virtual Skipping League to add and compare scores with other schools.
